Italian for foreigners
Established in 1976, The European Language Club offers Italian Language
Courses in Rome for foreign students throughout the year. The school itself is situated
in an attractive residential area of Rome, with good bus connections to
the city centre.
What you will accomplish
The aim of our courses is to provide
intensive tuition in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Classes are small,
with a maximum of seven students, to ensure full participation. Students
are encouraged to improve communication skills and to use the language confidently
and correctly. Lessons are made as interesting and enjoyable as possible
with the use of tape recorders, video equipment and visual aids.
General information regarding the course
Courses run from January to December,
with four 45-minute lessons per day from Monday through to Friday. Enrolment
takes place every Monday morning when students will also be tested and placed
accordingly into their correct class. Individual or specialised courses
are available on request.
Accomodations nearby the
school
Accomodation is provided near the school and students are accomodated with
selected host families, in a single or twin room with bath or shower. The
price of each course includes accomodation with bed and breakfast, teaching

Visas
The European Language Club, on request, will release the certificate of enrolment
in our language courses that might be needed in obtaining the Study Visa. To obtain
this certificate, the student must request an enrolment form via email, complete and
send back the form to our school via email, attaching a photocopy of the passport
(required for all non-European students) or an Identity Card and proof of payment for
the first month of the total cost of the course.
Next, our Institute will send to the
address indicated on the certificate and a receipt of payment. We advise all students,
however, to request more information from the Italian Embassy in their resident country in advance.
